What services do you offer?
We offer a wide range of services including doggy daycare, boarding, in-home animal care, farm animal and exotic animal care, horseback riding lessons and excursions.
How can I book a service?
To book a service, you can contact us directly through phone, email, Facebook, or Instagram.
What are your operating hours?
Reservations inquiries, in-home care visits, and doggy daycare are done 7:30AM-6PM daily. Horseback riding lessons, and excursions start at 10am Monday-Saturday. Drop off for overnight boarding is 5PM pick up is 9AM.
What are your business Holidays?
Due to increased demand, the holiday rate applies on these dates of 2024: May 24-27, Jul 4-7, Aug 30-Sep 2, Nov 28- Dec 1, Dec 21- Jan 1 2025.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of your booking cost.
